From Scratch

From Scratch is an original and local program featuring Brian and Stacie Korcok, Eastvale residents that strive to give back to the community.

By trade Brian is an engineer and Stacie, a design expert, together they suggest healthy, quick, and inexpensive recipes for the family to enjoy as well as executable D.I.Y. home projects.

From Scratch takes a new twist on a classic D.I.Y. show, in the series premiere DIY guru Brian Korcok builds a pull-out cabinet for his wife Stacie Korcok’s irregular pans. Stacie rewards Brian and the audience by walking us through the recipe for his favorite dish: faux fried chicken with spicy broccoli.

When to catch it? KVCR: Empire Network will air episodes of From Scratch on PBS channel 24, every Tuesday at 8 p.m. Pacific Time.
